Job summary

Brethren Care Village in Ashland, Ohio is seeking an RN or LPN with Ohio licensure to join our compassionate team. NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! Roles include day, evening, or night shifts with full-time, part-time, or PRN options.

Pay ranges from $24 to $33.80 per hour based on licensure and experience, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Onsite presence required at our Christian-based senior living community.

Qualifications

• Current/valid LPN or RN license in Ohio required.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) required.
• Onsite presence required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facilities nursing department including skin grids and treatments, preventative skin plans, preventative fall plans, incident reports and admission paperwork.
• Attends team care conferences as needed.
• Provides oral instructions to nursing assistants.
• Assesses residents and records all pertinent information in resident's records.
• Document administration of medications according to facility policies and procedures.
• Functions as team leader and supervisor.
• Supplies and interprets information, supports decisions, and facilitates communications with residents and their families, and nursing assistants and support staff.
• Assures that resident's call lights are answered.
• Other duties as assigned.
