Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan’s Pipestone facility will provide personalized nursing care to residents, using assessment, planning and evaluation. You will collaborate with families and the health care team to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required or multi-state licensure where applicable
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized resident care using the nursing process across all care phases
• Coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care
• Supervise care delivery and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate
