Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process across resident care. You will work with residents, families and a wide interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinating ongoing assessments and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments and education, and perform nursing interventions.
