Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN or LPN to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. The position includes medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualification requirements include an active RN or LPN license with at least 1 year of experience preferred. Competitive benefits and a supportive work culture are offered.

Qualificações

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work with residents and families as part of a care team.
• Flexibility with scheduling and shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient' responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
