Job summary
Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN/LPN for full-time overnight shifts. The available schedules are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (32 hours/week) and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (24 hours/week).
The position requires an RN/LPN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting physicians, monitoring vital signs, updating charts, and supporting patient and family education. Competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities
- Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
- Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
- Prepares for and assists physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
- Participates with team in planning and evaluating nursing care.
- Assists in admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
- Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition.
- Records patient observations in charts.
- Maintains safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Assists with unit management or assumes charge when needed.
