Cura of Willmar is seeking an Evening RN/LPN to join our 78-bed skilled nursing facility in Willmar, Minnesota. You will oversee nursing care during the evening shift, coordinate with CNAs/TMAs, and communicate with families and providers to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

Previous skilled nursing experience is welcomed, with a focus on compassion, teamwork, and reliable attendance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and employer-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN or LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain certification as required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and provide nursing care during the evening shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Respond to resident needs and communicate with families and providers.
• Provide direction and support to CNAs and TMAs.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation in a timely manner.
• Follow up on physician orders and interventions.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond to resident emergencies and participate in shift reports.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights requirements.

Cura of Willmar is looking for an RN or LPN to join our evening nursing team!

Cura of Willmar is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our nurses play an important role in coordinating resident care, supporting CNAs and TMAs, communicating with families and providers, and making sure our residents receive the care they need throughout the evening.

What You’ll Do

As an Evening RN/LPN, you’ll help oversee and provide nursing care throughout the shift, including:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Completing nursing assessments and monitoring residents for changes in condition
• Responding to resident needs and changes in condition
• Communicating with providers, residents, families, and other members of the care team
• Providing direction and support to CNAs and TMAs
• Completing accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Following up on physician orders and nursing interventions
• Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• Responding appropriately to resident emergencies
• Participating in shift report and communicating important resident information to the oncoming nursing team
• Following infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights requirements
