Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma LPN or RN license.
• 1+ year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Observe residents and record changes; notify relevant parties of conditions or reactions.
• Take vital signs and assess resident condition.
• Inform family and physician of changes in health or medications.
• Modify care plans and ADLs as condition changes.
• Prepare and administer injections or enemas.
• Monitor samples and catheter care.
• Provide wound care.
