Job summary

Green Valley Health Care in Oklahoma is seeking compassionate RNs or LPNs to join our long-term care team, delivering personalized care to residents and supporting a multidisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health, assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and providing emotional support to residents and families. We value teamwork, clear communication, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN/RN license in Oklahoma
• CPR certification
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
