Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking flexible, dedicated home care nurses for day shifts in Chicago, IL. Positions available include full-time, part-time, and PRN with shifts 9:00 am–5:00 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, offering weekly pay and benefits.
Responsibilities include providing one-to-one patient care, following physician care plans, monitoring conditions, documenting charts, assisting daily activities, taking vitals, and relief care as needed. Active IL nursing license required.
Qualifications
- Active IL nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Bilingual preferred.

- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
