Allure of Walnut is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide skilled nursing care at our skilled nursing facility in Walnut, Illinois. You will lead daily nursing activities and work under the direction of the attending physician, delivering resident-centered care.

Shifts include full-time second (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and third (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Ideal candidates graduate from an approved program, hold an Illinois license, CPR, and have long-term care experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
• Current nursing license in good standing (Illinois).
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing services in accordance with scope of practice and facility policies.
• Monitor residents for acute changes and notify providers as appropriate.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions and report significant changes.
• Assist with admissions, orientation, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation in EMR systems.
• Collaborate with hospice and palliative care teams.
