You will lead nursing staff and collaborate with physicians, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or Licensed practical nurse.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nurses and CNA's throughout the shift.
• Assist with assessments, rounding with physicians/APRN's and clinical follow-up.
• Collaborate with providers, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and respectful work culture.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
