Job summary

Nazareth Home in Louisville, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative care to residents. You will administer medications and treatments per physician orders and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.

This full-time role offers $30.00 per hour, low nurse-to-resident ratios, supportive leadership, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to treatment, maintaining clinical documentation and medication records.
