Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN or LPN program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborates with resident and healthcare team.
• Records administration of medication or changes in patient condition.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks meet state and facility procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed.
