Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Greenville, NC is seeking an RN/LPN Charge Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in a resident-centered environment. You will supervise Medication Aides, administer treatments, monitor changes, and coordinate with the care team.

This role emphasizes safety, documentation, infection control, and compassionate support for residents and families. Active RN or LPN license in good standing is required, with preferred experience in long-term care; training and advancement

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
