Qualifications

Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
Assist in the Admission/Discharge process.
Transcribe Physician orders and document necessary resident information.
Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
Participate in Care conferences and update care plans as needed.
Skills
Current nursing license in Wisconsin
Experience as RN or LPN
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems
Ability to work with various disciplines
