Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire in Illinois is seeking a compassionate RN/LPN to join our care team on a FULL OR PART TIME basis. We offer AM, PM, and third shift options to fit your schedule and a supportive, collaborative environment that values high-quality resident care.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with other providers.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Providing Direct Care: administering medications, wound care, vital signs.
• Medication administration.
• Developing Care Plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintaining accurate resident records and progress notes.
• Collaborating with nursing team and providers to ensure coordination.
