RN/LPN - 7p-7a (Sat & Sun) - Part-time or Full-time

Department: Coble Creek Healthcare and Rehabilitation

Reports to: Director of Nursing

Shift Available: Weekends (Sat & Sun, 7p-7a) for part-time. May include a weekday for full-time employment.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care and services to the residents of Twin Lakes Community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain RN/LPN license.
  • Work Saturday and Sunday, 7p-7a. Additional weekday shifts may be required for full-time roles.
  • Initiate and implement comprehensive nursing care, including responding to or following up on emergency calls.
  • Administer medications and treatments as per physician’s orders, policies, procedures, and care plans.
  • Monitor, observe, and document nursing care provided and residents’ responses.
  • Follow infection control procedures and report any precautions or isolation measures.
  • Ensure accuracy of physician’s orders and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to physicians.
  • Provide counseling to residents’ families and refer issues to appropriate staff.
  • Complete and manage documentation related to residents’ care, especially during care level transitions.
  • Oversee and be responsible for care provided by LPNs and CNAs.
  • Respond professionally and kindly to residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Protect confidential information concerning employees, residents, families, and the organization.
  • Follow all safety, fire, disaster, and bomb threat procedures.
  • Adhere to all organizational and departmental procedures.
  • Attend scheduled conferences and in-services.
  • Other duties as assigned that are consistent with the position’s responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Maintain RN/LPN licensure requirements.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing environment.
