Job summary

Atrium Living Centers Inc. in Dowagiac, MI is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide resident-centered care across all shifts in our 108-bed facility.

You will assess, administer medications, and support nursing assistants to maintain high-quality care. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles, with new wages of $39/hour for LPN and $44/hour for RN, plus a $3.40 MI Care Incentive and a weekend shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification required.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide direct resident care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role).
