Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our smaller 39-bed facility where teamwork and personalized resident care come first. You will assess, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering compassionate care.

This full-time role offers a 12-hour shift structure, a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, HERO pay, and being part of a 100% employee-owned organization that values your voice and

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• A passion for resident care and clinical excellence.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role).
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards.
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment.
