Job summary

Atrium Centers Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking qualified nurses for Full-Time, 1st and 3rd shifts at our smaller 39-bed facility. You will administer medications, provide direct care according to care plans, and mentor nursing assistants while upholding high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Strong knowledge of state rules and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role).
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards.
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment.
