Job summary

Avera is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 69th & Cliff Clinic in the United States. The role provides general nursing care, administers medications, coordinates patient flow, and supports clinicians during procedures in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Day shift, regular hours, with a sign-on bonus potential of up to $6,000. PTO starts on day one, and a supportive multidisciplinary team focuses on moving health forward for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active license in practice state.
• Ability to perform general nursing tasks and chart accurately.
• Strong communication and patient care orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care and administer prescribed medications.
• Coordinate patient care activities and assist providers during procedures.
• Greet and prepare patients, obtain histories, and record vital signs.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and manage supplies and labeling of specimens.
• Respond to patient calls timely and educate patients on care and wellness.
