Avera is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Avera Internal Medicine Cliff Ave clinic. You will provide professional nursing care, administer medications, coordinate patient care, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Provides professional nursing care under provider direction.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Coordinates patient care activities and ensures timely flow of patients.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care and administers prescribed medications.
• Prepares equipment and assists provider during procedures and examinations.
• Observes and documents patient condition and reactions to treatments.
• Oversees appointment scheduling and prioritizes patients in emergencies.
• Greet and prepare patients for physical exams; obtain health history and vitals.
• Responds to patient inquiries in a timely manner with input from physician.
• Educates patients and families about diagnostics, medications, and wellness.
