Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to assess residents, help develop care plans, and administer medications. You will provide direct nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy, and coordinate care with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.

This role offers flexible scheduling and shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus weekends. The team provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and 401(k), free wellness center

Qualifications

• Iowa RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in direct nursing care preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with physicians and families.
• Excellent resident-centred care and communication.
• Ability to educate residents and families as needed.
