Job summary

WesleyLife in DeWitt, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to assess residents, develop care plans, and administer medications. You will provide direct nursing care including wound care and IV therapy while coordinating with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.

You will mentor CNAs, educate residents and families, and work 6:00am–6:00pm on a full-time schedule with 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts. Embrace a supportive, respectful team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN or LPN license.
• Experience providing direct nursing care.
• Ability to educate residents and families.
