Job description

Description: RN or LPN Full Time, Part Time and Per diem. Work 4 shifts (8-hour shifts) in a week, and we’ll pay you for 5 shifts! Earn extra while enjoying more flexibility with your schedule.

RN Pay Range: $32 to $37.40/hr, depending on experience
LPN Pay Range: $28/hr. to $33.40/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
2. Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
3. Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Long-term care experience preferred.
3. Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
