The Springs Living, LLC is seeking an RN/LPN to serve as Director of Health Services. This role oversees care and services for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform RN delegation of nursing tasks.

• Monitor alert charting and determine need for RN assessment.
• Address consulting pharmacy reports and resident incident reports.
• Advise staff on resident health issues and needs.
• Assess residents’ physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.
• Contribute to service plan development and ensure health issues are addressed.
• Attend service plan meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.

Director of Health Services

The Springs Living is hiring an RN/LPN to be our next Director of Health Services. The DHS is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of care and services provided to our residents living in Assisted Living and Memory Care. They plan, coordinate, and manage the care services in accordance with policies, standards of nursing practices, and state regulations.

We are seeking a warm, caring, and professional individual who cares about doing the right thing each day for the residents and staff. The DHS supervises and coaches our team of Medication Technicians and reports to the Health Services Administrator. We provide nights and weekends off using Care XM call center to support our nurses to enjoy work‑life balance outside of working hours.

Together, our Health Services team coordinates and manages assisted living resident care services in accordance with state Administrative Rules and community‑based care requirements in alignment with State Board of Nursing standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities related to RN delegation of nursing tasks

• Assures compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to health services
• Performs all new resident assessments
