Your Role as a Registered Nurse

You will be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in their homes. Assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments based on patient needs and provider orders
• Develop and update care plans reflecting evolving conditions and goals
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions within scope of practice and physician directives
• Maintain detailed documentation complying with all regulations
• Lead case conferences, promoting team collaboration
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families regarding condition management and treatment plans
• Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
• Active RN license in MA
• CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health within the last 2 years
• Up-to-date health certificate & TB test
• Understanding of HIPAA and commitment to confidentiality
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Minimum age of 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• $45 per visit
• $40 per medication administration
• $100 per admission visit
