Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a key member of our team, you'll provide expert care and leadership in patients' homes. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, and managing patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments based on patient needs and provider instructions
• Develop and update care plans reflecting patients' evolving conditions and goals
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions within your scope and per physician directives
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation per regulations
• Lead case conferences to promote collaboration among caregivers and clinicians
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families regarding conditions and treatments
• Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being throughout care
  
  

Qualifications Needed

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
• Active RN license in MA
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of recent experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health
• Up-to-date health certificate and TB test
• Understanding of HIPAA and commitment to confidentiality
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• $45/visit
• $40/medication administration
• $100/admission visit
