Signature HealthCARE in Dayton, TN is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct resident care, oversee nursing assistants, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in our skilled nursing facility.

You will document care, participate in care planning, and work with interdisciplinary team to meet regulatory requirements. Active RN license in state, CPR/BLS preferred, and experience in long-term care.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides.
• Monitor residents' status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
