Job summary

Haven Homes, a Cassia community in Maple Plain, MN, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You'll administer medications, collaborate with a dedicated team, and contribute to positive outcomes in a supportive nonprofit setting.

This full-time role offers a varied schedule and weekend rotation. The wage range is $36–$44.22 per hour, based on experience, with full benefits including health coverage, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.
