Job summary

Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, quality care and adherence to state regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care
• 6 months preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks as charge nurse when needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing
