Job summary

Responsibilities

• Regularly evaluate residents' physical and mental health, including vital signs and overall well-being.
• Accurately dispense and monitor medications according to physician orders.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Observe for significant changes in health status and report promptly to the appropriate provider.
• Assess pain levels and administer pain medication as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate resident records, including progress notes and medication logs.
