Job summary

• Develops nursing care plans by examining patients and documenting conditions.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Evaluates patient care and re-evaluates care objectives.
• Maintains safe and healthy patient care environment and follows infection-control policies.
• Documents patient care in charts and department records.
• Keeps equipment and supplies stocked and maintained.
• Maintains competence in nursing capabilities as directed.
