Rocky Mountain Care - Logan in Logan, Utah is seeking an RN or LPN to provide nursing care in a dedicated unit. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise CNAs as part of a compassionate team.

New graduates are welcome. We offer tuition assistance after 6 months of full-time employment and shift differentials for NOC and weekend shifts, contributing to a supportive work environment focused on resident well-being.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered Utah RN or LPN license.
• Clinical assessment skills to meet job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws and guidelines for long-term care.
• Interpersonal skills to work with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Basic computer knowledge including email.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Proven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude toward aging residents and teamwork with families.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a nursing unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
