St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our faith-based, nonprofit 303-bed facility. Typical shifts include weekends; compensation ranges from $42.82 to $55.87 per hour with shift differential.

Qualifikationen

• MA RN - Registered Nurse License.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• PCC experience a bonus!

Aufgaben

• Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.
• Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
• Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.
• Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
• Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
• Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
