Job summary

The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming, part of Campbell County Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating resident care with other departments, documenting and reporting changes, administering medications, participating in care plan meetings, and contributing to QAPI and HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Wyoming RN license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with other departments.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition with staff, physicians, residents, and family members.
• Attend care plan meetings and provide updates as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Complete rounds and assess care needs, including wound and respiratory care.
• Ensure PHI/HIPAA compliance and maintain resident confidentiality.
