Job summary

The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming, part of Campbell County Health, is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with state and federal standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating resident care, administering medications, updating care plans, and collaborating with physicians and families to ensure high-quality care in a long-term care and rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• LPN licensure in Wyoming required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and supervise staff.
• Coordinate resident care with departments and families.
• Administer medications and treatments and document care.
