Job summary

The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver long-term and rehabilitation nursing care. You will assess, plan, and implement care per Nurse Practice Act and facility policies, supervise other nursing staff, and document care accurately.

Requires nursing degree, RN license, and at least 1 year of medical/surgical experience; reliable transport. We rotate shifts, weekends, holidays, and offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• A minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• Must possess a current RN license in state(s) of practice and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Works under Nurse Practice Act guidelines and facility policies.
• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care for long-term and rehabilitative patients.
• Delivers nursing care and documents response to care.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintains confidentiality and compliance with patient rights and documentation.
• Works rotating shifts, holidays and weekends.
