Monarch Communities in Delaware is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care and supervise daily nursing activities for residents in a long‑term care setting. The role reports to the Health and Wellness Director and requires a valid RN license and prior long‑term care experience.

The RN will oversee medication administration, perform assessments, maintain accurate documentation in the EHR, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with the care team and

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current, valid Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer's or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively in English.
