Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is seeking RN candidates for full-time and part-time shifts. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, monitor residents, and ensure plans of care are followed.

The role includes shift options and a focus on compassionate, high-quality resident care in a sub-acute and long-term setting. Requirements include an active Virginia RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• At least 1 year of LTC experience as a nurse.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and physician's plan of treatment and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
