Belmont Bay Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Woodbridge, VA seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time and part‑time roles. Daily pay options are available, with scheduling including night and weekend shifts and a Friday-Sunday 3 PM–11 PM slot.

RNs provide skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. A VA RN license and valid BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in VA.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
