Job summary

Good Samaritan Albion in Albion, NE seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across resident care. You will coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, assess outcomes, and implement plans.

You may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, high-quality care in accordance with state rules.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Multistate licensure acceptable if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
