Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Windom, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care, while practicing within professional standards.

This full-time day shift offers a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus; requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure acceptable in NLC states.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe, reliable care.
