Good Samaritan in Alma, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. The role utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The RN may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks while ensuring safe, high-quality care. Requires an unencumbered RN license; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA education are preferred. Competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff within the scope of nursing practice.
