Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Active KS MO RN licenses via NURSYS.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from patient callers to assess their condition.
• Schedule emergent need patient appointments.
• Provide education, advice and recommendations over the phone to patients and families.
• Consult with physicians about patient care needs.
• Delegate tasks to clinical staff per scope of practice.
• Act as subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, and documentation of care.
