Qualifications

• Cover weekend rotation with senior clinicians.
• Audit documentation against NM charting standards before chart close.
• Verify blood products with another RT before transfusion.
• Sit with families during prognosis and code status discussions.
• Monitor telemetry and call rhythm changes promptly.
