Job summary

Benchmark Human Services-GA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide administrative oversight of ISC teams, travel to monthly joint visits, and caseload coverage in Georgia. The role is hybrid with some home-based work, and requires up to 75% travel to support the region 4 footprint.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Nurse license (RN).
• Minimum 3 years of home and community-based case management experience for individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and driver’s license required.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong compliance, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intensive support coordinators and oversee ISC team operations.
• Provide ongoing consultation, joint visits, and risk assessment for individuals served.
• Hold weekly supervisory sessions and review caseloads for compliance and outcomes.
• Manage staffing, training, and coaching to maximize performance.
• Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and state officials.
• Record time and billing in accordance with company policy.
