Job summary

Benchmark Human Services seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide administrative oversight for short- and long-term goals. The RN Supervisor will oversee an Intensive Support Coordination (ISC) team to ensure staffing, finances, compliance, and outcomes are met.

The role is hybrid with travel for monthly joint visits and caseload coverage as needed. Responsibilities include supervising coordinators, conducting weekly sessions, reviewing caseloads, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure and relevant clinical oversight abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with home and community-based case management.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intensive support coordinators.
• Provide ongoing consultation through joint visits and risk assessment.
• Hold weekly supervisory sessions to review caseloads and ensure protocols are followed.
• Complete quarterly caseload reviews and adjust staffing as needed.
• Perform case management when staffing or consumer needs require it.
• Hire, train, and coach staff to maximize performance.
• Maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and state officials.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of case plans and activities.
• Coordinate meetings with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Record work and billing time per company policy.
