Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide administrative oversight for ISC initiatives and to supervise a team of intensive support coordinators in region 4 of Georgia. The role involves travel for monthly joint visits and caseload coverage when needed.

The position is hybrid with some work-from-home opportunities. The RN Supervisor will ensure staffing, finance, compliance, and service delivery goals are met, while maintaining

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intensive support coordinators.
• Provide ongoing consultation through joint visits and collaboration to identify resources.
• Hold weekly supervisory sessions to review caseload risk.
• Review at least 25% of caseloads quarterly for protocol adherence.
• Provide case management when staffing or consumer needs require it.
• Hire, train, and coach staff to maximize performance and outcomes.
• Set staffing levels and monitor caseloads to optimize resources.
• Maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians and state officials.
• Ensure quality outcomes and proper maintenance of records and plans.
• Coordinate meetings with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Record work and billing time per company policies.

The RN Clinical Supervisor will supervise cases and travel for home visits in region 4 of Georgia.

Benchmark is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide administrative oversight for the company's short- and long-term goals. The RN Supervisor will oversee an ISC team within the Intensive Support Coordination (ISC) department to ensure the staffing, finance, compliance, customer service, and most importantly the goals and needs of those served are met. This position is hybrid with some opportunity to work from home.

Travel is required for monthly joint visits as well as caseload coverage in the event of a vacancy on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise intensive support coordinators.
• Provide ongoing consultation to consist of joint visits, determining risk and unmet needs and collaboration in identifying and securing resources.
• Holds weekly supervisory sessions with each intensive support coordinator to review caseload and risk of each individual being served.
• Complete a review of a minimum of 25% of caseloads on a quarterly basis to determine if protocols are being followed.
• Provide case management duties when staffing levels or consumer needs are not being met.
• Hires, trains, manages, develops and coaches staff to maximize performance and outcomes.
• Establishes staffing levels and monitors caseloads to maximize performance and financial resources.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with individual, families, guardians, state officials and team members.
• Establish and monitor quality outcomes for consumers and the department.
• Ensures that all case records, plans and other related documents are properly maintained.
• Coordinate meetings with individual, families and guardians, and members of the interdisciplinary team as required.
• Records work and billing time in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse)
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience providing home and community-based case management services for individuals with disabilities
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Maintain auto insurance
• Minimum of 2 years working in a similar position
• Travel up to 75%
