Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in long‑term care preferred but not required.
• A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of licensed nursing staff and care team per regulations and policies.
• Delivers direct patient care and promotes holistic resident care.
• Administers medications as prescribed and monitors for adverse effects.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs and plan care.
• Participates in admission, transfer and discharge processes as required.
